Optimization and transformation of electrode plate suspension structure for electrostatic dehydrator of FPSO “HYSY 123”

摘要: 针对因海上油田静电脱水器电极组件脱落导致的设备短路问题,结合工程实践,提出结构优化与工艺改进方案。为保证正常生产,节约改造时间,高效解决该问题,对静电脱水器的设备结构和电极板稳固状态进行全面分析,创造性提出长吊杆采用上下定距管方式连接、电极板采用局部联结的方式。改造完成后,设备运行可靠性显著提升,并为今后浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)的稳定运行提供了参照案例。

Abstract: To address the fault issue of equipment short circuits caused by the detachment of electrode components in electrostatic dehydrators for offshore oilfields,a scheme integrating structural optimization and process improvement is proposed based on engineering practices. To ensure normal production,save retrofitting time and efficiently resolve this problem,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the equipment structure and electrode plate stability of the electrostatic dehydrator. Innovatively,long hangers were redesigned using upper and lower distance tube connections,and electrode plates were reinforced through localized connections. After retrofitting,the operational reliability of the equipment has been significantly improved,providing a valuable reference for ensuring stable production in future FPSO operations.
