某气田天然气三甘醇脱水工艺节能降耗技术研究

摘要: 某气田三甘醇脱水系统理论损耗值为每处理1×106 m3天然气(0 ℃和101.325 kPa条件下),三甘醇损耗量低于13.4 L。为降低三甘醇损耗,2024年,某气田采取节能降耗措施,包括降低再沸器操作温度、降低三甘醇循环量、改造回流冷凝器回流阀、改造三甘醇加注口、用氮气吹扫管线中残留的三甘醇、更换三甘醇循环泵柱塞、改进颗粒过滤器滤芯更换时的排空工艺。实践表明,采用上述措施有效实现了三甘醇降耗目标,三甘醇损耗量由2023年的15.57 L/106 m3降为2024年的13.65 L/106 m3,与设计值13.4 L/106 m3接近,节约成本约8.1万元人民币。

Abstract: The theoretical loss value of the triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration system in a certain gas field is that for every 1×106 standard cubic meters of natural gas processed (0 ℃ and 101.325 kPa),the TEG loss is less than 13.4 liters. To reduce TEG loss,a series of energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures were implemented in 2024,including lowering the operating temperature of the reboiler,reducing the TEG circulation rate,retrofitting the reflux condenser return valve,modifying the TEG filling port,purging the residual TEG in pipelines with nitrogen,replacing the plunger of the TEG circulation pump,and improving the venting process during the replacement of the particle filter element. Practice has shown that the adoption of the above measures has effectively achieved the goal of reducing TEG consumption:the TEG loss has decreased from 15.57 L/106 m3 in 2023 to 13.65 L/106 m3 in 2024,which is close to the designed value of 13.4 L/106 m3,resulting in a cost saving of approximately CNY 81,000.
