海上X油田生产流程管线结垢及腐蚀的治理方案与效果

摘要: 随着海上油田开发至中后期,处理平台出现生产流程管线结垢、腐蚀等问题,严重影响海上生产平台的安全运行。以现场问题为导向,结合化验数据,深入分析生产流程管线结垢及腐蚀根源。研究发现,海上X油田处理液中铁离子浓度突升是造成管线结垢及腐蚀的主要原因。采取化学药剂加注、作业井返排管理升级等措施,控制铁离子浓度,油田管道的腐蚀、结垢情况持续得到改善,生产流程运行状况明显好转,确保了油田安全运行,也为其他海上油田防垢及防腐工作提供了借鉴。

Abstract: With the development of offshore oilfields in the middle and later stages,problems such as scaling and corrosion in production process pipelines have emerged on the processing platform,seriously affecting the safe operation of offshore production platforms. Oriented by the on-site issues and combined with the laboratory data,the root causes of scaling and corrosion in the production process pipelines are analyzed. Research findings indicate that the sudden increase in concentration of iron ions in the treatment solution of the offshore X oilfield is the main cause of scaling and corrosion in the pipelines. Through measures such as chemical agent injection and upgrading of well flowback management,the concentration of iron ions has been controlled,and the corrosion and scaling in the oilfield pipelines have been continuously improved. The operation status of the production process has been significantly improved,ensuring the safe operation of the oilfield,and providing reference for anti-scaling and anti-corrosion in other offshore oilfields.
