一趟钻组合+自胶结搬土水泥浆堵漏工艺在裂缝性灰岩地层中的应用

摘要: 针对M油田裂缝性地层常规堵漏架桥难、水泥浆堵漏不易成塞、长时间堵漏导致卡钻频发、水泥浆堵漏后钻塞出新眼等难题,首次在M油田法齐北区块生产井选用自胶结搬土水泥浆堵漏工艺,创新使用一趟钻完成通井、强钻漏层、泵注堵漏浆、钻塞等作业,堵漏时效提高400%,保障了井下安全,为同类裂缝性灰岩地层堵漏提供了参考。

Abstract: To address the problems in fractured limestone formations in M oilfield,such as hard bridging by traditional lost circulation materials,poor plug formation with cement slurry,frequent pipe sticking caused by long-term lost circulation,and drilling a new hole after lost circulation control with cement slurry,the self-bonding bentonite cement slurry control technology was used for the first time in FQN-X well of M oilfield. An innovative one trip BHA (bottom hole assembly) process was adopted to complete operations such as wellbore cleaning,forced drilling through leaking layer,pumping of self-bonding bentonite cement slurry,and plug removal. The lost circulation control efficiency is increased 400%,ensuring downhole safety,and providing reference for lost circulation control in similar fractured limestone formations.
