摘要: 随着全球科技竞争的日益激烈,国有企业作为国家科技创新的重要力量,其科技管理水平直接影响国家竞争力和可持续发展能力。通过探讨人工智能(AI)大模型深度赋能国有企业科技管理的优势,提出应用AI大模型提升国有企业科技管理水平的路径与策略,包括培养知识型员工、强化数据意识及注重安全保障工作等,以应用案例揭示AI技术在提升国有企业科技创新能力、优化管理流程、增强竞争力等方面的巨大潜力。

Abstract: With the intensifying global technological competition,state-owned enterprises,as a vital force for national technological innovation,their level of science and technology management directly affects the country's competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities. This article delves into how large-scale artificial intelligence models can deeply empower the science and technology management of state-owned enterprises. It proposes paths and strategies for using AI large models to improve the science and technology management level of state-owned enterprises,including cultivating knowledge-based employees,strengthening data awareness,and emphasizing security assurance work,aiming to reveal the huge potential of AI technology in enhancing the technological innovation capabilities of state-owned enterprises,optimizing management processes,and strengthening competitiveness.
