对天津推进创新联合体建设的建议

摘要： 当前,天津处于高质量发展的关键时期,经阐述天津推进创新联合体建设的现状,深入分析这一建设目标的现实需要,并借鉴外省市的先进经验,提出通过创新联合体内各主体协同合作、健全体制机制、强化政策支持与保障等举措,推进更多领域组建创新联合体,为天津产业高质量发展做出贡献。

关键词: 创新联合体, 关键核心技术, 产学研

Abstract: Currently,Tianjin is in a critical period of high-quality development. This paper expounds the current situation of promoting the construction of innovation consortia in Tianjin,and deeply analyzes the practical needs of promoting the construction of innovation consortia in Tianjin. Drawing on the advanced experience of other provinces and cities,it is proposed to promote the establishment of innovation consortia in more fields through measures such as promoting collaborative cooperation among various entities within innovation consortia,improving institutional mechanisms and strengthening policy support and guarantee. This will contribute to the high-quality development of industries in Tianjin.
