摘要: 探讨基于智能技术实现电力负荷预测方法的相关技术及背景,主要包含人工智能、大数据等。依托Himmpat专利数据库,分析可实现电力负荷预测的基于人工智能或大数据的相关技术,从全球专利申请趋势、主要来源国的申请布局、全球主要申请人的技术布局、全球专利法律状态等方面出发,揭示国内外智能电力负荷预测的研发重点,进而针对该技术的发展提出相关建议,为企业和高校相关研究提供参考,促进电力负荷预测技术的可持续发展。

Abstract: This paper introduces the technical background and related technical means for realizing power load forecasting based on intelligent technologies. The intelligent technologies mainly refer to artificial intelligence,big data,and other technologies. It focuses on analyzing the relevant technologies for realizing power load forecasting based on artificial intelligence or big data by relying on the Himmpat patent database. Starting from aspects such as global patent application trends,application layouts of major source countries,technological layouts of major global applicants,and global patent legal status,the R&D focuses of power load forecasting based on intelligent technologies at home and abroad are revealed. Furthermore,relevant suggestions for the development of this technology are put forward,providing valuable references for the relevant research in enterprises and universities,so as to better promote the sustainable development of power load forecasting technology.
