摘要: 以天津某综合工业园区污水处理厂HYBAS生化系统、脉冲炭吸附澄清池处理系统、芬顿高级催化氧化系统产生的生化泥、活性炭泥、铁盐泥3种剩余污泥为研究对象,从离心机的工作原理、运行参数着手,分析影响泥饼含水率、出泥效率等的关键因素,以指导污水处理中的泥路运行实践,以期提高离心机运行效率。

关键词: 工业废水, 芬顿, 离心机, 剩余污泥

Abstract: This paper takes the three types of excess sludge produced by the HYBAS biochemical system,pulse carbon adsorption clarification system,and Fenton advanced catalytic oxidation system of a comprehensive industrial park wastewater treatment plant in Tianjin,namely biochemical sludge,activated carbon sludge,and iron salt sludge,as the research objects. Starting from the working principle and operating parameters of the centrifuge,the key factors affecting the moisture content of the sludge cake and the efficiency of sludge discharge are studied to guide the operation of the sludge process in wastewater treatment and improve the operating efficiency of the centrifuge.
