摘要: 基于整车厂总装车间发动机准备线的自动导引车(AGV)系统升级改造,从改造需求分析、实施方案设计、技术挑战应对到实际改造效果的评估,详细探讨AGV改造的关键环节和解决思路。通过对改造过程进行反思与总结,不仅可克服生产线效率瓶颈,还为AGV系统在高强度生产环境中的稳定性和适应性提供有力保障。

Abstract: Based on the upgrading and transformation of the automated guided vehicle (AGV) system for the engine preparation line in the final assembly workshop of an automobile factory,this paper discusses the key links and solutions of the AGV transformation,covering aspects such as analysis of transformation requirements,design of implementation plans,response to technical challenges,and evaluation of actual transformation effects. By reflecting on and summarizing the transformation process,not only can the efficiency bottlenecks of the production line be overcome,but also strong guarantees can be provided for the stability and adaptability of the AGV system in high-intensity production environments.
