摘要: 过电缆穿透器可燃气在线监测系统采用主动气体采样技术,实现了对采油树过电缆穿透器的在线监测,解决了海上平台采油树过电缆穿透器无主动在线监测系统的盲区问题。装置通过控制电路控制采样泵,持续抽取电缆穿透器气体采样盒内的气体至可燃气传感器;控制电路在控制采样泵工作的同时,控制各个采油树过电缆穿透器采样盒后的电磁阀得失电,实现单个采油树采样;装置设有专用吹扫管路和吹扫控制,以确保每次取样的准确性;装置具备独立的控制系统,能够独立完成控制、报警和通信等功能。

Abstract: The online monitoring device for combustible gas passing through cable penetrators utilizes active gas sampling technology to achieve online monitoring of cable penetrators in Christmas trees. This device solves the blind spot of no active online monitoring system for cable penetrators on offshore oil production platforms. The sampling pump is mainly controlled by a control circuit to continuously extract gas from the cable penetrator gas sampling box to the combustible gas sensor. The control circuit controls the operation of the sampling pump while controlling the power on or off of the solenoid valves after each Christmas tree passes through the cable penetrator sampling box to achieve single Christmas tree sampling. The system is equipped with a dedicated blowing pipeline and blowing control,ensuring the accuracy of each sampling. This device has an independent control system that independently completes functions such as control,alarm,and communication.
