摘要: 对天津市某口腔专科医院口腔医学87名不同年级在读专业学位硕士研究生的基本情况、科研认知情况、开展科研的方式、科研产出情况、阻碍科研学习的因素、导师指导情况进行电子问卷调查,旨在了解专硕研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”制度下口腔医学专硕研究生的科研能力培养情况,发现存在的问题,并提出改进措施。要想提高口腔医学专硕研究生的科研水平,亟须医院、培养单位和导师三方共同协作,切实处理好临床和科研的关系,不断加强学生科研能力的培养。

Abstract: To understand the training of scientific research ability of masters in stomatology under the system of integrating the training of professional masters with standardized training of resident doctors,find the existing problems,and put forward improvement measures,an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted on 87 professional masters in stomatology at different grades in a Tianjin stomatology hospital,including their basic situation,scientific research cognition,ways of conducting scientific research,scientific research output,factors hindering scientific research learning and the guidance of their tutors. In order to improve the scientific research level of professional masters in stomatology,it is urgent for hospitals,training institutions and tutors to work together to deal with the relationship between clinical and scientific research,and constantly strengthen the scientific research ability training of professional masters.
