摘要: 海上平台在生产过程中经常面临外来渔船非法靠近井口平台及在外输系泊点进行钓鱼和撒网作业的问题,不仅影响正常生产,还具有严重的安全隐患。为此设计自动监测与驱离非法入侵船舶系统,可通过实时监控、智能分析和多重报警方式,实现对非法入侵的有效预警和驱离,保障海上平台的安全生产。

Abstract: Offshore platforms often face the issue of foreign fishing vessels illegally approaching wellhead platforms and fishing and casting nets at the export mooring points during production,which not only disrupts the normal operations of the platforms but also poses serious safety hazards. This paper introduces the design and implementation of an automatic detection and expelling system for illegal intruding vessels. Through real-time monitoring,intelligent analysis,and multiple alarm methods,the system effectively provides early warning and deters illegal intrusions,ensuring the safe production of offshore platforms.
