摘要: 针对海上平台吊机液压系统在应用中存在的问题,提出液压油在独立外循环过程中加热或冷却、过滤、品质监测的集成方案。通过研发一种成撬设备,设计成撬设备电控及通信系统,开发系统监控软件,实现了吊机液压油独立外循环系统各环节的集成,并以试验验证了设备的各项功能。

Abstract: To address the application problems existing in the hydraulic systems for offshore platform cranes,an integrated solution is proposed for hydraulic oil heating or cooling,filtering,and quality monitoring during the external circulation. A skid-mounted equipment is developed by integrating various links of the hydraulic oil independent external circulation system for the crane. The electronic control and communication system of the skid-mounted equipment is designed,and the system monitoring software is developed. The various functions of the equipment are verified through experiments.
