海洋石油161平台外输泵启动方式升级改造项目的设计与实施

摘要: 通过引入先进的变频器技术,海洋石油161平台外输泵将传统的软启动方式升级为变频器启动,不仅提升了外输泵的启动效率,还大幅提高了电网的稳定性。改造后,平台外输期间的电网波动问题得到有效改善,为平台的稳定运营提供了坚实保障,优化了平台生产流程,减少了能源消耗,实现了经济效益和环境效益双赢。

Abstract: By introducing advanced inverter technology,the traditional soft startup mode of export pump on HYSY 161 platform is upgraded to inverter start mode,which not only improves the startup efficiency of the pump,but also greatly improves the stability of the power grid. After the renovation,the power grid fluctuation problem during the platform’s export is effectively improved,providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of the platform. The production process of the platform is optimized,and energy consumption is reduced,achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.
