摘要: 利用“质量攻关”的思路对影响海洋石油平台火焰探头安全稳定性的因素进行分析,找出4个末端因素后,通过调查分析、现场测量等方法逐项确定要因及非要因,最终确认导致火焰探头系统安全稳定性低或故障率高的主要原因为:未结合现场实际进行探头的安装调试和未按照标准流程进行探头的维护。在制定解决对策方案并实施后,现场火焰探头误报警次数甚至低于设定目标数,有效杜绝了安全隐患的发生,保证了现场的安全生产。

Abstract: Using the concept of “quality research and development”,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety and stability of flame probes on offshore oil platforms. After identifying four end factors,the main causes and non main causes of the flame probe system failure are determined one by one through investigation and analysis,on-site measurement,and other methods. The main reasons for the low safety and stability or high failure rate of the flame probe system are confirmed to be:the failure to install and debug the probe according to the on-site conditions and the failure to maintain it according to standard procedures. After formulating and implementing the solution plan,the number of false alarms from the on-site flame probe was even lower than the set target,effectively preventing the occurrence of safety hazards and ensuring safe production on site.
