摘要: 目前在汽车制造过程中,存在着大量使用螺栓紧固作为部品连接的方法,其中涉及到很多需要重点管控的部位,品质保证显得尤为重要,若在市场上经过实地运行才发现品质不良,则将给用户和车辆企业造成不可挽回的损失。为此,从汽车总装和检查的扭矩异常管理方法研究入手,基于工厂整体,阐述了管控扭矩异常管理模式、工艺文件体系和防错技术,创建了汽车制造企业的异常处置管理系统。

关键词: 异常处置, 扭矩, 自工程完结, 防错技术

Abstract: At present,in the process of automobile manufacturing,there are a large number of methods to use bolt fastening as part connection,which involves a lot of parts that need key quality control,and the operation quality assurance of these parts is particularly important. If poor quality is discovered through on-site operation in the market,it will cause irreversible losses to users and vehicle enterprises. Therefore,starting from the research on torque anomaly management methods for automobile assembly and inspection,based on the overall perspective of the factory,this paper elaborates on the management mode,process document system,and pokayoke technology for controlling torque anomalies,and creates an anomaly handling management system for automobile manufacturing enterprises.
