海上风电升压站分段建造布置和施工工艺研究

摘要: 海上升压站是海上风电场的心脏,对整个风电场的重要性不言而喻。升压站在陆地建造阶段要具备“交钥匙”工程的状态,陆地建造单位有关海上升压站建造期间整体布置及分段划分的基本策略是否科学合理对其后期建造施工的便利性及成本有很大影响。结合实际升压站建造经验,对升压站陆地建造阶段整体布置(方位朝向、布置高度)、分段划分及分段建造进行工艺研究。对升压站布置进行总体工艺性考量,既可满足施工周期及施工场地的要求,也对缩短建造周期及控制施工成本提供了技术支撑。

Abstract: The offshore booster station is the heart of offshore wind farms,and its importance to the entire wind farm is self-evident. The booster station should have a “turnkey” engineering status during the land construction phase. The scientific and reasonable basic strategy of the land construction unit regarding the overall layout and segmented division during the construction of the offshore booster station has a significant impact on the convenience and cost of its later construction. Based on the practical experience in the construction of booster stations,a detailed process study is conducted on the overall layout (orientation and layout height),segmented division,and layout of segmented construction during the land construction phase of the booster station. Overall process considerations for the layout of the booster station can meet the requirements of the construction cycle and site,and also provide technical support for shortening the construction cycle and controlling construction costs.
