摘要/Abstract

摘要： 如今质量竞争已经成为国际贸易竞争的关键。以重钢机械的国际化历程为背景,以质量管理的理念和模式为线索,从产品定位、质量管理的作用、质量体系构建、质量管理向精益质量管理的转型方面介绍天津重钢机械装备股份有限公司的质量管理模式,旨在启发中小型企业在发展过程中对质量管理和占领国际市场的思考,为中小型企业改进管理模式提供借鉴和参考。

关键词: 高端非标机械装备, 国际化定制, 质量管控, 精益管理, 生产系统

Abstract: Nowadays,quality competition has become the key to international trade competition. Based on the international history of TZME （Tianjin） Co.,Ltd. and the concept and mode of quality management,this paper introduces the quality management mode of TZME （Tianjin） Co.,Ltd. from the aspects of product positioning,the role of quality management,the construction of quality system and the transformation from quality management to lean quality management. The aim is to inspire small and medium-sized enterprises to think about quality management and occupy international market in the development process,in order to provide reference for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve management mode.
