摘要: 高压静电喷涂机器人广泛应用于汽车喷涂作业中,判定其性能的核心技术指标之一是喷涂时的涂着效率,目前保险杠树脂件的喷涂受树脂材料导电率低、形状不规则等因素影响,涂料附着率低,造成树脂件喷涂过程涂料浪费。从工厂实际改善及应用出发,介绍了树脂件静电喷涂中涂着效率的定义与测定方法,对汽车行业使用的前沿静电喷涂技术及关键技术参数进行研究,明确提高涂着效率的关键技术及优化方法,为建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会献计献策。

Abstract: High voltage electrostatic spraying robot is widely used in automobile spraying industry,its core technical index is spraying coating efficiency. At present,due to the low conductivity of resin materials,irregular shape and other reasons,the spraying efficiency of bumper resin parts is low,resulting in the cost waste in spraying resin parts. This paper introduces the definition and measurement method of coating efficiency in electrostatic spraying of resin parts,studies the cutting-edge electrostatic spraying technology and key technical parameters used in the automotive industry,clarifies the key technologies and optimization methods to improve coating efficiency,and provides suggestions for building a resource saving and environmentally friendly society.
