摘要: 二氯苯醚菊酯是一种高效低毒杀虫剂。传统致畸试验可以观察二氯苯醚菊酯对母体子宫内的胚胎或胎儿产生的作用,从而评价二氯苯醚菊酯的胚胎毒性及致畸性。通过对二氯苯醚菊酯的传统致畸试验等方面的研究文献进行归纳分析,以期为二氯苯醚菊酯生殖毒性的进一步研究提供理论参考。

Abstract: Permethrin is a highly effective insecticide with low toxicity. The effects of permethrin on embryos or fetuses in the mother’s uterus can be observed through traditional teratogenicity tests,so as to evaluate the embryonic toxicity and teratogenicity of permethrin. The traditional teratogenic tests of permethrin are summarized to provide theoretical reference for further research on reproductive toxicity of permethrin.
