海洋平台上部组块生活楼建造中整体翻身吊装技术的应用

摘要: 在海洋工程设施的开发过程中,很多生产项目的进展都受限于施工场地资源。为了解决公司建造场地滑道资源紧缺的现状,通过对生活楼建造工艺的研究,创造性地将组块上面的生活楼挪到场地反向建造,再翻身吊装上组块,极大地缩短了组块在滑道上建造的时间,从而缓解滑道资源紧缺的局面。为实现这一建造工艺的优化,重点是要分析整个翻身吊装过程不利工况的受力问题,通过SACS软件进行整个翻身吊装过程的模拟,计算出吊装过程中的结构强度和变形是否满足要求,进而决定其是否可以应用于实际。

Abstract: In the development process of marine engineering facilities,the progress of many production projects is limited by the constraints of construction site resources. In order to address the current shortage of skidway resources in the company’s construction site,through the research on the construction technology of living quarter,the living quarter on the module is creatively moved to the site for reverse construction,then is lifted onto the module,which greatly shortens the construction time on the skidway,thus solving the shortage of skidway resource. In order to realize the optimization of this construction technology,the key point is to analyze the stress problems of unfavorable working conditions during the integral turnover lifting process,through SACS software to simulate the integral turnover lifting,and calculate whether the structural strength and deformation in turnover lifting process meet the requirements,so as to determine whether it can be applied in practice.
