摘要: 通过对炼化企业污泥来源进行分析,分类开展危险特性研究,重点针对生化污泥选取有代表性的样品,从腐蚀性、易燃性、反应性、浸出毒性、毒性、急性毒性和成分分析7个方面进行剖析,确定了该炼化企业生化污泥的一般工业固体废物性质。根据油泥、浮渣和生化污泥不同的危险特性,确定了相应的资源化技术路线,为炼化企业污泥处理提供了技术参考。

Abstract: By analyzing and categorizing the source of sludge from refining and chemical enterprises,a study on hazardous characteristics is conducted. The focus is on selecting representative samples of biochemical sludge. Analysis is carried out from seven aspects:corrosiveness,flammability,reactivity,leaching toxicity,toxicity,acute toxicity and compositional analysis. The biochemical sludge from the refining and chemical enterprise is determined as general industrial solid waste. According to the different hazardous characteristics of oil sludge,scum and biochemical sludge,the respective resource utilization technology routes are determined. It provides technical reference for sludge treatment in refining and chemical enterprises.
