视觉检查与协作机器人在树脂涂装生产线上的应用

摘要: 阐述了视觉检查和协作机器人的特点,并通过视觉检查实验验证了树脂涂装件的检测精度、通过协作机器人模拟软件验证了树脂涂装件的搬运方式。结合树脂涂装生产线的工艺流程和布局,对视觉检查和协作机器人的应用进行了研究,并结合丰田生产方式对人工检查作业、视觉检查作业、协作机器人作业重新优化分配,配合丰田生产指示系统和移动机器人AMR实现了递减2人工的应用成果,为树脂涂装领域的视觉检查和协作机器人综合应用提升生产效率提供了实例。

Abstract: The characteristics of visual inspection and collaborative robot are described. The detection accuracy of resin coated parts is verified through visual inspection experiments,and the handling mode of resin coated parts is verified through collaborative robot simulation software. Combined with the process flow and layout of resin coating production line,the application of visual inspection and collaborative robot is studied. The allocation of manual inspection,visual inspection and collaborative robot operations is re-optimized based on Toyota production system. Toyota production instruction system and mobile robot AMR are used to achieve the application effect of decreasing two people,providing an example for the comprehensive application of visual inspection and collaborative robots in the resin coating field to improve production efficiency.
