摘要: 以某电动SUV低速制动后再起步产生嗡嗡声为例,阐述了NVH分析方法和BSR分析方法在解决异响问题中的运用。利用BSR分析方法,快速定位到矩形密封圈的性能衰减问题,通过改变密封圈和密封槽的结构,解决了低速制动噪声的问题。

Abstract: Taking the buzzing noise of an electric SUV when it starts again after braking at low speed as an example,this paper discusses the application of NVH analysis method and BSR analysis method in solving the problem of abnormal noise. The BSR analysis method is used to quickly locate the performance attenuation problem of the rectangular seal ring. The problem of low-speed braking noise is solved by changing the structure of the seal ring and seal groove.
