摘要: 三甘醇脱水法是目前天然气脱水最为有效的方式,其脱水效果显著,运行维护方便。但是三甘醇在再生过程中存在变质、再生不完全等问题,进而影响脱水效果。以渤海某油田三甘醇天然气脱水装置为例,对其工艺流程、运行问题及优化措施进行了探究,制定并采取了改善该装置三甘醇脱水效果的有效措施,为输气海管安全平稳运行提供了保障。

Abstract: Triethylene glycol dehydration method is currently the most effective method of natural gas dehydration,its dehydration effect is remarkable,and its operation and maintenance are convenient. However,triethylene glycol has problems such as deterioration and incomplete regeneration during the regeneration process,affecting the dehydration effect. Taking the triethylene glycol dehydration device of an oilfield in Bohai as an example,the process flow,operational problems and optimization measures are explored. Effective measures are formulated and adopted to improve the dehydration effect of the device,which provides guarantee for the safe and stable operation of gas transmission pipelines.
