酸压技术在伊拉克X油田的应用研究

摘要: 伊拉克X油田处于油田开发中期,M储层为碳酸盐岩储层,目前常用的增产措施为连续油管常规酸化。多口井的M储层在开发生产中显示出非均质性强、储层伤害的特点,在采取常规酸化措施后仍然不能恢复产量,为此分析了X油田M储层的特点,针对M储层特点首次选用酸压作业来改造此类储层,重点对常规酸、凝胶酸和自转向酸进行研究优选。根据研究成果,将酸压技术在该油田应用,并对微压裂和主压裂作业过程的技术参数进行分析,优化酸压改造裂缝几何参数,进而对酸压工艺参数进行调整,以提升酸压作业效果。该技术在现场应用后单井产量增加明显,增产效果显著。

Abstract: Iraq X-oilfield is in the middle stage of field development,M reservoir in X-oilfield is a carbonate reservoir,acidizing with CTU is the traditional treatment in the oilfield stimulation. Multiple wells in the M reservoir show strong heterogeneity and reservoir damage during development,the production rate can't be restored after acidizing treatment. The paper analyzes the characteristics of M reservoir of X-oilfield,based on the characteristics of M reservoir,acid fracturing technology is firstly proposed,common acid,gelled acid and self-diverting acid are analyzed and selected. According to the research findings,the acid fracturing treatment was applied in the X-oilfield,based on the analysis result of mini-frac and main-frac,the geometric parameters of acid fracturing cracks and the acid fracturing parameters were optimized to enhance the effect of acid fracturing. The technology has been applied in the oilfield successfully,and the production rate of the single well increased obviously after operation.
