海上油田生产水的水质分析与优化处理

摘要: 在海上石油开采过程中,往往通过将油田生产水处理合格后进行回注向地层补充能量,此举可以提高油田采收率,还可以避免生产污水排放入海造成海洋环境污染。然而如何使回注的生产水满足油田回注水质要求,以防止集输系统、井筒腐蚀和结垢,使回注水对地层的伤害最小化,一直是油田生产水处理的难题。根据海上某油田生产的实际情况,分析了其水质状况,并提出了相对应的优化措施。

Abstract: In the process of offshore oil exploitation,oilfield production water is often re-injected after being treated to be qualified in order to supplement energy to the formation. This can improve the oil recovery rate,and also avoid marine environmental pollution caused by the discharge of production sewage into the sea. However,how to make the re-injected production water meet the requirements of oilfield re-injected water quality,to prevent the corrosion and scaling of the gathering and transportation system and wellbore,and to minimize the damage of the re-injected water to the formation,has been a difficult problem in oilfield production water treatment. According to the actual production situation of an offshore oilfield,this paper analyzes the water quality of the oilfield and puts forward corresponding optimization measures.
