南海某油田生产水处理系统联调及投运效果

摘要: 南海某油田自试生产投入运营以来,随着新油井的开井启泵生产,油田的产液量呈逐渐上升趋势,导致油田海管外输量的瓶颈问题逐渐凸显,而且下游中心平台处理生产水的压力逐渐增大,因此,需要及时投运生产水处理系统。结合生产水处理系统各级设备设计处理能力及操作参数,通过单机调试和联调,直至生产水处理系统连续72 h运转稳定运行,为安全投运提供了可靠保障。

Abstract: Since the trial production of an oilfield in the South China Sea was put into operation,with the development of new oil wells,the fluid production of the oilfield has gradually increased,resulting in the bottleneck problem of the offshore pipeline export volume of the oilfield,and the pressure of the downstream central platform to treat the production water has gradually increased,so it is necessary to put production water treatment system into operation in time. Combined with the design treatment capacity and operation parameters of the equipment at all levels of the production water treatment system,single commissioning and joint commissioning are carried out until the production water treatment system operates stably for 72 consecutive hours,which provides a reliable guarantee for safe operation.
