摘要: 压载管线是船体最重要的系统之一,如不能很好地控制每一个压载舱室单元或压载舱室单元无法压卸载,会使海上移动设施处于严重的安全隐患之中。分析了玻璃管线的优势,为了完善FPSO玻璃钢压载管线的设计,通过改变设计空间布置、增加相关设备等方便管线的巡检、保养、修复工作,依据实例提出国内制造玻璃钢管应用于船用压载管系的可行性研究。

Abstract: Ballast pipeline is one of the most important systems of ship hull. If each ballast cell unit is not well controlled or the ballast cell unit cannot be pressed and unloaded,the marine mobile facilities will be in serious safety hazard. In order to improve the design of FRP ballast pipeline of FPSO,by changing the design space layout and adding related equipment,the autonomous ballast function of the fore ballast tank except the left and right ballast tanks on the hull is realized and the research and analysis is carried out to facilitate the inspection,maintenance and repair of the pipeline. Based on the example,the feasibility study on the application of domestic FRP pipe in marine ballast piping system is put forward.
