船用深冷装置流程仿真和优化

摘要: LNG船用BOG再液化装置长期被国外垄断,通过对深冷式再液化系统的研究,建立深冷流程方案,应用工程机械、流体力学、传热学等相关理论研究和分析,建立系统部件模型和整体分析模型,完成系统静态参数仿真,进而通过冷剂组合优化及流程参数优化获得各部件工作点参数,形成 0.5 t/h 深冷装置工艺包。

Abstract: LNG marine BOG liquefaction unit has been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time. Through the study on cryogenic reliquefaction system,the cryogenic process scheme is established,and the research and analysis of engineering machinery,fluid mechanics,heat transfer and other related theories are applied to establish the system component model and the overall analysis model,complete the system static parameter simulation,and then obtain the working point parameters of each component through the refrigerant combination optimization and the process parameter optimization,and finally form a 0.5 t/h cryogenic device process package.
