摘要: 随着国家对节能环保要求的进一步提高,天然气作为环保型能源被广泛应用。天然气处理是天然气生产过程中重要的环节,其产品质量直接影响下游设备或用户的使用,在天然气处理流程中分子筛脱水设备是工艺系统中重要的生产设备,分子筛脱水的效果将直接影响天然气产品的质量。针对分子筛干燥器性能下降的问题进行原因分析,并提出处理措施,以便为其他分子筛使用人员提供参考和借鉴。

关键词: 分子筛, 吸附性能, 格栅变形, 分子筛变质

Abstract: With the further improvement of the national requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection,natural gas is widely used as an environment-friendly energy. Natural gas treatment is an important link in the natural gasproduction process. Its product quality directly affects the use of downstream equipment or users. In the natural gas treatment process,molecular sieve dehydration equipment is an important production equipment in the process system. The effect of molecular sieve dehydration will directly affect the product quality of natural gas. The reasons for the performance decline of molecular sieve dryer are comprehensively analyzed and treatment measures are proposed,so as to provide reference for other molecular sieve users.
