摘要: 通过系统分析水温及水量需求,设计了一套以闭式冷却塔为主要冷源,以冷水机、冷冻水箱、板式换热器组合系统为辅助冷源的组合式工业循环水冷却系统。与传统循环水冷却系统相比,该组合式系统兼具节约能耗、运行平稳等特点,具有较高的工程应用与推广价值。

Abstract: By analyzing the water temperature and water demand,a set of combined industrial circulating water cooling system with closed cooling tower as the main cooling source and chiller,chilled water tank and plate heat exchanger as the auxiliary cold source is designed. Compared with the traditional circulating water cooling system,the combined system has the characteristics of energy saving and stable operation,and has high engineering application and promotion value.
