原油外输泵电气参数远传中控改造项目的实施

摘要: 原油外输泵是海上采油平台的关键设备,外输泵的稳定运行对油田稳定生产具有举足轻重的作用。在日常的启动和使用过程中,由于不能通过现场和中控及时查看外输泵的电气参数,给启动过程的把控和使用过程中的监测带来了不便。从深层次来看,平台中控不能有效、及时地监控关键重要设备的参数变化情况,也存在设备运行安全隐患和导致设备的故障率增加。通过选购多功能表对中压盘设备进行优化,实现了原油外输泵电气参数远传中控显示,解决了中控无法实时查看外输泵电气参数的问题。

Abstract: Crude oil export pump is the key equipment of offshore oil production platform. The stable operation of export pump plays an important role in the stable production of oil field. During daily startup and use,it is more and more inconvenient to grasp the degree of startup and monitoring during use because the field and central control cannot view theelectrical parameters of the export pump. From the deep level,the central control of the platform cannot effectively and timely monitor the parameter changes of key and important equipment. There are also hidden dangers in equipment operationand the failure rate of equipment increases. The multi-function meter was selected to transform the medium pressure plate equipment,and the remote transmission and central control display of the electrical parameters of the crude oil export pump was realized, and the problem that the central control cannot view the electrical parameters of the export pump was solved.
