摘要: 渤海地区中心平台所用2台GE PGT25+SAC航改型高效透平,在高湿度、高盐度海洋空气条件下,进气滤器过滤效果不佳,导致透平机组效率无法达到设定效果,增加了滤器更换频次与维修维保次数。为提高透平机组滤器的使用效率,对2台透平实施了进气滤器换型和结构重建,并在渤海油田多个设施的大型机组中取得了较好的应用效果,实现了透平机组效率提升和总体滤器使用成本下降。

Abstract: In view of the high humidity and salinity sea air conditions faced by the two GE PGT25+SAC aeroderivative high-efficiency turbines in Bohai Central Platform,the inlet filter has poor filtering effect,which leads to the failure of turbine unit efficiency to achieve the set effect,and increases the filter replacement frequency and maintenance times. This paper discusses how to change the type and rebuild the structure of the inlet filters of two turbines,so as to improve the service efficiency of the turbine unit filters. This method has been applied to large units in many facilities in Bohai Oilfield,and achieved good application practice,achieving good results of improving the efficiency of turbine units and reducing the use cost of the overall filter.
