铝合金板材的极限小角度冷弯性能研究

摘要: 按照德国标准《汽车半挂车连接器焊接质量评定规范》(VDA238—100—2017),对铝合金进行了不同方向的小角度冷弯性能测试,并利用扫描电镜对弯曲失效位置进行了分析。结果表明:铝合金板材的不同弯曲试验方向对最大弯曲角的结果影响较大,不同的样品厚度对最大弯曲角度也有影响;垂直于轧制方向的铝合金可以获得相比热成型钢更大的弯曲角;铝合金冷弯曲形貌呈现纤维带状撕裂形式,失效模式为拉伸开裂。

Abstract: The small angle cold bending performance of aluminum alloys in different bending directions was tested according to Plate Bending Test for Metallic Semi-finished Materials (VDA238-100-2017),and the bending failure location was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the different bending test directions for aluminum alloy plate have a significant impact on the bending angle results,and different sample thicknesses also have an impact on the maximum bending angle. The bending angle of aluminum alloy rolled vertically can be lager than that of thermoformed steel. The cold bending morphology of aluminum alloy exhibits a fiber strip tearing pattern,and the failure mode is tensile cracking.
