海洋平台通用部件标准化设计探索

摘要： 由于海洋油气开发各具特点,以往项目中设计参数和技术要求不尽相同,导致非标部件多、产品系列多。在项目建设过程中,往往因设计、采办、制造、安装等一个或多个环节的修改而导致设计周期或施工、检验费用的增加。以栏杆为例,探索通用部件标准化设计研究路线和标准化施工,通用部件标准化的实施将减少设计阶段的技术澄清工作量、缩减设计工时,同时有利于形成采办、制造、安装、检验、维保等标准化流程和程序文件。

Abstract: Due to the characteristics of offshore oil and gas development,the design parameters and technical requirements in previous projects are different,resulting in many non-standard parts and product series. During the project construction process,it is often possible to increase the design cycle or construction and inspection costs due to the modification of one or more links such as design,procurement,construction and installation. Taking the handrail as an example,this paper explores the research route and standardized construction of standardized design of general components. The implementation of standardized design of general components will reduce the workload of technical clarification in the design stage,reduce design work hours,and help to form standardized processes and procedure documents such as procurement,construction,installation,inspection and maintenance.
