Abstract: From the perspective of patent analysis,this paper systematically studies the development path of the Beidou Navigation Satellite System （BDS） and its application industries. Combined with policy guidance,technological research and development,and industrial chain characteristics,it reveals the logic of industrial technological innovation and the competitive situation. Based on this,countermeasures such as strengthening the development of application products,increasing investment in key technologies,optimizing the collaborative innovation mechanism,and improving the efficiency of patent operation are proposed,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the Beidou application industry and enhance its international competitiveness.
