摘要: 阐述了搪塑仪表板表皮薄壁化的特点和工艺特色,同时与旧型表皮原料的生产使用差异进行了对比,并通过生产设备的调试、相关品质测试项目实验及较长时间的量产,验证了薄壁化表皮的使用可实现整车减重降成本的应用效果,为今后搪塑仪表板表皮生产工艺的轻量化发展提供了理论参考依据。

Abstract: The characteristics and process characteristics of the thin-walling of the slush molded instrument panel skin are expounded,and the differences in production and use of raw materials are compared with those of the old type. Through the debugging of production equipment,relevant quality testing project experiments,and long-term mass production,it has been verified that the use of thin-walled skins can achieve the application effect of weight reduction and cost reduction for the whole vehicle,providing a theoretical reference for the lightweight development of the production process of slush molded instrument panel skin in the future.
