海上平台照明系统能耗分析及节能技术应用

摘要: 海洋石油平台是海上油气开采和油气处理的关键设施。海上石油平台处于连续运行状态时,其照明系统也处于持续运行状态。海上油气田照明灯具的连续运行模式虽然保障了照明的可靠性,但在日照充足的状态下,部分照明灯具无需持续运行,因而在部分时间段产生了不必要的能源消耗。根据照明系统的功能原理,结合作业场所的照明需求和灯具实际使用情况,从多方面进行灯具节能降耗研究分析并采取针对性措施,对海上平台和浮式储油轮照明系统进行节能优化、自动化升级和远程监控改造,实现了节能降耗和集约化、自动化监控。

Abstract: Offshore oil platform is a key facility for offshore oil and gas exploitation and processing. The offshore oil platform is in continuous operation and its lighting system is also in continuous operation. Although the continuous operation mode of lighting fixtures in offshore oil and gas fields ensures the reliability of lighting,some lighting fixtures do not need to operate continuously under sufficient sunlight,resulting in unnecessary energy consumption during certain time periods. According to the functional principles of the lighting system,combined with the lighting requirements of workplaces and the actual usage of lighting fixtures,the research and analysis on energy conservation and consumption reduction of lighting fixtures were conducted from several aspects,and targeted measures were taken. Energy conservation optimization,automation upgrade,and remote monitoring transformation were carried out on the lighting systems of offshore platforms and floating oil storage vessels,achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction,intensification,and automation monitoring.
