摘要: 海洋平台立管是连接海上作业平台和海底管线的重要结构,其所处的环境条件恶劣,安全隐患大,而渤海海域大量老平台的立管结构正处于无保护状态,为此针对渤海海域输油、输气海底管道和混输海底管道的立管结构现状进行了调研和统计分析,并在此基础上开展了新增防碰撞结构工程方案设计研究。防碰撞结构设计充分考虑了平台立管各种布置情况、类型和后期立管维护更换的便利性,并采用SACS软件的COLLPASE模块进行船舶碰撞受力分析,可为海洋平台立管防碰撞结构设计提供借鉴。

Abstract: The riser of an offshore platform is an important structure connecting the offshore operation platform and the submarine pipeline. The environment in which it is located is relatively harsh and the safety hazard is great. However,the riser structure of a large number of old platforms in the Bohai Sea is in an unprotected state. This paper investigates and statistically analyzes the current situation of the riser structure of oil and gas submarine pipelines and mixed pipelines in the Bohai Sea. On this basis,the research on the scheme design of the new anti-collision structure engineering is carried out. The design of the anti-collision structure fully considers the various arrangements and types of platform risers and the convenience of maintenance and replacement of the risers in the later stage. The COLLPASE module of SACS software is used for ship collision analysis,which can provide reference for the design of the anti-collision structure of offshore platform risers.
