摘要: 近年来,随着全球性水资源危机的加剧,再生水作为一种潜在的水资源得到了越来越广泛的关注。结合长沙市经济开发区的水资源、水污染、再生水回用现状,分析该区再生水回用的制约因素,并定量评估了再生水回用的开发潜力及效益,并从工程建设、技术与机制创新、法规与政策保障等方面提出了城市再生水开发利用产业化、规范化和规模化建设的对策与建议。

关键词: 水资源, 再生水水回用, 资源化

Abstract: In recent years,with the intensification of the global water crisis,reclaimed water, as a potential water resource, has received more and more attention. Based on the current situation of water resources,water pollution and reclaimed water reuse in Changsha Economic Development Zone,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of reclaimed water reuse in Changsha Economic Development Zone,and quantitatively evaluates the development potential and benefits of reclaimed water reuse. The countermeasures and suggestions for the industrialization,standardization and large-scale construction of urban reclaimed water development and utilization are put forward from the aspects of engineering construction,technology and mechanism innovation,regulations and policy guarantees.
