摘要: 近年来,随着电子信息产业的快速发展,继电器已经渗透到生产生活的各个领域。尤其在新能源电动汽车充电系统被广泛应用,已成为回路设计中不可缺少的开关控制器件。通过研究继电器的驱动原理,从安全角度出发,结合失效模式分析,设计出了电动汽车充电线继电器驱动回路,并阐述了继电器故障检测方法。

Abstract: In recent years,with the rapid development of electronic information industry,relays have penetrated into all areas of production and life. At the same time,with the development of new energy electric vehicles,relays are also widely used in electric vehicle charging system design,and have become an indispensable switch control device in circuit design. By studying the driving principle of relays,starting from a safety perspective and combined with the failure mode analysis,the driving circuit of electric vehicle charging line relays is designed,and the relay fault detection method is described.
