海上油田设施及海底管线避碰实时预警系统的开发应用

摘要: 针对海上油田群面临的海上生产设施及海底管线实现自动预警及避碰、安全有效监控及辅助管理的问题,从海上生产管理实际需求出发,结合海洋石油通信网络链路及传输特点,采用船舶自动身份识别系统与船舶数据库,并通过统一的电子海图标绘预警方法来实现管线避碰及自动实时预警。开发了海上油田群海底管线避碰实时预警系统平台,并论述了总体框架、软硬件结构及发展趋势。该系统作为保障海底管线及作业设施安全的重要手段,已经应用于海上作业平台及船舶运输,降低了海底管线等设施被船舶碰撞的风险,提高了安全生产管理水平。

Abstract: In view of the problems of how to realize automatic early warning and collision avoidance,safe and effective monitoring and auxiliary management of offshore production facilities and submarine pipelines in offshore oilfields,based on the actual needs of offshore production management,combined with the characteristics of offshore oil communication network link and transmission,the automatic ship identification system and ship database are adopted,and the unified electronic chart plotting and warning method is adopted to realize pipeline collision avoidance and automatic real-time warning. Based on this purpose,the real-time collision avoidance warning system platform of submarine pipelines in offshore oilfields is developed,and the overall framework,hardware and software structure and development trend are discussed. As an important means to ensure the safety of submarine pipelines and operation facilities,the system has been applied to offshore operation platforms and ship transportation,reducing the risk of submarine pipelines and other facilities being collided by ships,improving the level of safety production management and achieving good results.
