防水锁阻垢型改性卤水修井液的研发与应用

Development and Application of Modified Brine Workover Fluid with Waterproof Locking and Scale Inhibition

摘要: 针对修井作业中采用高密度卤水为压井液滤失进入储层造成的润湿反转后油井产油量急剧下降的现象,首先通过开展卤水对岩心渗透率伤害率实验,确定了卤水对储层的伤害率;其次优选防水锁剂,在矿化度为30万mg/L的卤水中,温度120 ℃老化48 h,界面张力达到了10-1的级别,同时,采用正交实验的方法优选了2种助剂,形成了防水锁阻垢型改性卤水修井液。室内岩心伤害实验表明,储层渗透率恢复率可达80%以上,现场应用5井次,作业成功率100%,作业后产量恢复率达到了132.5%。

Abstract: In view of the phenomenon that high density brine is used as well killing fluid to filter into the reservoir in workover operation,resulting in a sharp decline in oil production after wetting reversal,the damage rate of brine to reservoir was determined through the test of the damage rate of brine to core permeability. The waterproof locking agent was selected,which was aged at 120 ℃ for 48 hours in brine with a mineralization degree of 300 000 mg/L,and the interfacial tension reached the level of 10-1. Additionally,two types of additives were selected through an orthogonal experimental method,forming a modified brine workover fluid with waterproof locking and scale inhibition. The indoor rock core damage experiments show that the recovery rate of reservoir permeability can reach over 80%. After five on-site applications,the success rate of the operation is 100%,and the post-operation production recovery rate reaches 132.5%.
