摘要: 聚焦韧性城市建设发展的新目标,以供水韧性对供水企业水质精细化管理的要求为研究内容,阐述原水、生产工艺水、出厂水、管网水的全流程水质管理要求,并总结各工艺点的重点污染物甄别及应急管理要求,为供水系统的安全和高质量发展提供理论依据。

关键词: 供水韧性, 全流程水质管理, 应急处理

Abstract: Focusing on the new development goals of resilient city construction,and taking the requirements of water supply resilience for refined water quality management of water supply enterprises as the research content,this paper elaborates on the full process management requirements for raw water,production process water,factory water,and pipeline water,and summarizes the key pollutant identification and emergency management requirements of each process point,providing theoretical basis for the safety and high-quality development of the water supply system.
