摘要: 可发性聚苯乙烯板(EPS)因具有独特的缓冲抗震性和成本优势在包装行业应用广泛。使用EPS模型验证分析减料孔结构对缓冲效果的影响发现:在符合缓冲衬垫设计原则的前提下,具有相同减料孔面积时,减料孔多且窄的结构与减料孔少且宽的结构相比,前者缓冲效果更优;具有相同减料孔数量时,减料孔间距小比间距大的缓冲效果好。

关键词: 减料孔, 有效缓冲面积, 缓冲效果

Abstract: Expandable polystyrene (EPS) boards are widely used in the packaging industry due to their unique cushioning and shock absorption properties as well as cost advantages. Using an EPS model,the impact of material-saving hole structures on cushioning effects was verified and analyzed. The findings show that under the premise of conforming to cushioning pad design principles: 1) With equal hole area,structures featuring numerous narrow holes demonstrate superior cushioning performance compared to those with fewer wider holes; 2) With equal hole quantity,smaller spacing between holes yields better cushioning effects than larger spacing.
