Status and function of sci-tech periodicals in national sci-tech innovation system

摘要： 科技期刊在国家科技创新体系中具有非常重要的地位和作用,是科学研究成果的主要传播媒介,是科研人员获取最新知识和交流学术观点的主要平台,也是评价一个国家科学研究水平的重要标志之一。从科技期刊的地位及在国家科技创新体系中的作用等方面进行分析,旨在为我国科技期刊的发展提供理论支持和政策建议,提高我国科技创新能力。

Abstract: Sci-tech journals play an important role in the national science and technology innovation system. Sci-tech journals are the main media for disseminating scientific and technological achievements,and an important platform for researchers to obtain the latest scientific and technological achievements and exchange academic views. At the same time,sci-tech journals are also one of the important symbols to evaluate the level of science and technology of a country. This paper analyzes the status and function of sci-tech periodicals as the main media for disseminating scientific and technological achievements,as well as their role in the national sci-tech innovation system,aiming to provide theoretical support and policy suggestions for the development of sci-tech periodicals in China,and to enhance China’s scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
