摘要: 如何从庞大繁杂的审稿专家数据库中准确、快速遴选优秀审稿专家一直是每个期刊所面临的实际问题。针对目前缺少量化遴选优秀审稿专家的现状,采用层次分析法,构建优秀审稿专家指标评价体系。通过建立标准层和指标层的两两判断矩阵,计算各指标体系的权重,并对三阶和四阶判断矩阵进行一致性判断,最终构建简化后的优秀审稿专家评价模型。通过案例分析,证明该模型的科学性和可操作性,可为科技期刊评选优秀审稿专家提供参考。

Abstract: How to accurately and quickly select excellent reviewers from a large and complex database of reviewers has always been a practical problem that every journal faces. In response to the current lack of quantitative selection of excellent reviewers,this article adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct an evaluation system for excellent reviewer indicators. By establishing pairwise judgment matrices for standard and indicator layers,calculating the weights of each indicator system and conducting consistency judgments on the third and fourth order judgment matrices,a simplified evaluation model for excellent reviewers was constructed. Through case analysis,the scientificity and operability of the model were demonstrated,which can provide a reference for scientific journals in selecting excellent reviewers.
