摘要: 研究生导师队伍建设在高等院校学科建设、人才培养、科研平台搭建、创新基地建设中发挥着重要作用。通过构建和完善导师考核评价指标体系,探索符合医院高质量发展需求的“纵横联动”导师队伍管理模式和考核机制,以进一步提升医院整体实力,促进学科可持续发展。

Abstract: The construction of graduate supervisor teams plays an important role in the discipline construction,talent cultivation,scientific research platform establishment,and innovation base construction within higher education institutions. By constructing and improving the evaluation index system for supervisors,this paper explores a “vertical and horizontal linkage” management model and evaluation mechanism for supervisor teams that meets the needs of high-quality hospital development,so as to further enhance the overall strength of the hospital and promote the sustainable development of disciplines.
