摘要: 钙钛矿太阳能电池是当前太阳能电池领域的研究热点,如何提高其转化效率是产业投资和市场关注的焦点。基于中国专利文摘数据库,对我国高效钙钛矿太阳能电池技术相关专利进行检索,并结合高效钙钛矿太阳能电池的主流技术,从专利申请的基本情况和主要创新主体方面进行分析,阐述专利现状和产业发展趋势,为国内高效钙钛矿太阳能电池的发展提出相应建议。

Abstract: Perovskite solar cells are currently a research hotspot in the field of solar cells,and how to improve their conversion efficiency has become a focal point for industrial investment and market attention. Based on the China Patent Abstract Database (CNABS),this paper retrieves patents related to high-efficiency perovskite solar cell technologies in China and analyzes the basic status of patent applications and major innovation entities in conjunction with mainstream technologies for enhancing perovskite solar cells. The patent status and the development trends of the industry are expounded,and corresponding suggestions are proposed for the development of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells in China.
